• CTFS supports research associated with the CTFS network of Forest Dynamics Plots through the Research Grant Program. This grants program is intended to provide opportunities for senior researchers, post-doctoral fellows, and graduate students to utilize existing Forest Dynamics Plots and to conduct research with scientists associated with these plots.
• CTFS oganize thematic workshops for leaders in the fields of global carbon cycling, climate change and soil ecology to develop powerful research protocols for the network.
• CTFS Asia Program offers courses and fellowship opportunities to ensure that all of the plots in the system contribute as much data as possible.
